Payments
All payments will be made at the point of supply
Changes / Cancellation / Refunds
An order, once placed, cannot be amended except by mutual agreement and then only on terms which will fully indemnify C & P Blinds. All products are custom made to your specifications, therefore it is important that you are satisfied with your purchase decisions prior to placing your order as we cannot accept returns for blinds which have been manufactured correctly.
Delivery
We endeavour to deliver all our blinds within 14 working days. On rare occasions, there may be a slight delay due to unforseen circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a known delay you will be notified accordingly. Also it is possible that if your order contains a variety of blind types, that they may be delivered separately
VAT
All prices quoted on our site are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate
Guarantee
12 months warranty on manufacturing and material defects. Your guarantee is invalid if the failure was caused by misuse or abuse, accidental, normal wear or tear, or, in the case of wooden venetians, blind warpage due to exposure to high humidity
Sample Requests
We will supply material samples free of charge. Bear in mind that the samples may still have minimal colour variation as stated by the manufacturers. In addition, we would recommend that you order all your blinds of a given colour at one time. There are sometimes slight variations between dye lots
Child Safety
In the interest of safety, consider your blind control position. Please keep all pull cords and chains out of reach of children. Move cots, beds and other furniture away from blinds and install safety devices such as cleats or cord tidies, to limit access to cords. Hanging cords can be a potential danger to children so the greatest of care needs to be taken at all times.
Force Majeure
The performance of all goods is subject to variation or cancellation by C & P Blinds owing to any act of god, war, strikes, lock-out, fire, flood, drought, tempest or any other cause beyond our control
